Pathetic experience at this hotel. The exteriors are completely rundown. The rooms have a damp smell, our bedcovers and sheets had disgusting stains on them. The geyser in our bathroom didn’t work either. Only a single towel was provided per room. When we requested for an extra towel, they said all the towels had gone for dry cleaning. Restaurant is priced like a 5 star property. Ended up paying Rs.250 for a horrible coffee that had only milk in it. The plates and mugs were sticky and didn’t feel like they had been washed. The food at the buffet was also cold and tasted bland. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Worst in my experience. My room is feezing. 18 degrees and they don't care. I have called the front desk more number of times than texting my wife. The tech guy came in and said it will warm up. Its 24 hrs and the temp has dropped a degree but notngone up. Setting is in heat 30 degrees but room temp is 18. Have problems with shower staying hot. Toilet flush quit working. Stay elsewhere please.

It's really good experience. I ,along with my wife stay in this hotel 3 night ,the location is good ,room is good as per budget , staff behavior is very good .Best part of this hotel is complimentary up to 3 hours early check-in and late check-out facility ,For family trip you can stay there ..but one ome thing their restaurant items price is slight higher..

Absolutely, undoubtedly, unequivocally the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay at. If you need anything, you can be sure you'll have to call a minimum of 3 times before someone says they'll send it up. And then they don't. So you call a 4th time and tell them off, and then maayyyyybe you'll get what you asked for. And i don't mean room service. Something as basic as towels were not available. Their receptionist who did checked us in - an arrogant man who doesn't understand the meaning of hospitality. The first day there was exactly one towel in a room for two people. Took us 4 calls to get an extra towel. By the third day, when we asked for a second set of bath towels, they sent us one (1) hand towel. Then when we called them repeatedly, they said they didn't have bath towels, and to call the next morning. The next morning they said they can't give us towels till 8.30 because the laundry guy hadn't brought the towels 😅😅😅 We sent stuff to be laundered at it didn't come back even though it was supposed to be returned the same evening. Two days later, when i called to ask what happened to my laundry, they said... You guessed it! The laundry guy hadn't come and they'll send it up when he comes. It took two more calls for us to get our clothes. By this point everything was just a joke and we couldn't wait to get away. One of the days an older person in our group asked for tea to be sent up and they said they can't because there's a wedding in the hotel and no one is free to bring tea. The stories are endless. There were many of us there for the same event and at one point or another, I saw everyone lose their cool with the hotel and their lack of minimal service. Overpriced food if you order off the menu. A chicken Kung pao was priced at 700 plus taxes. And at the buffet breakfast at least one dish was spoilt each day. First day was the Vada - batter so sour it would put lemons to shame. Second day the chutneys and so on. Even the restaurant staff looked deeply unhappy, severely bored, desperate and unwilling, poor things. So yourself a favour and DO NOT book yourself into this hotel. I stayed there from Dec 3 to Dec 7 and it was the worst 4 days of my life.
